Actually, that photo is kinda sad (emotionally, not photographically!)
It's essentially a simple playground toy that wishes to be another type of simple playground toy - only this one's stuck to the ground while the real bicycles can move and always have a home to go to.
Poor fake bicycle... T_T

I interpret it differently though, a lonely playground bicycle that had no one to play with. So it just waits and waits :(
