... behind the fridge.Playing with the RAW file, unfortunately my new laptop's screen is not very photo editing friendly so I can't tell whether this looks good on a proper monitor =(

i face the same problem with my laptop too.
yr photo is ok. only the color of the highlight not so natural. probably it is done purposely?
I took the picture using Cloudy white balance then increased the saturation =p Maybe that's why?
